There is no right or wrong time to sell a home. The simplest answer is – when you are ready. Spring is a time period where more properties are on the market. Marketing your property during a quieter period like January/February can be advantageous to sellers as there are less properties on the market for buyers to compete with.

Frequently Asked Questions - Auctions
In actual fact the marketing for private treaty and auctions are the same. The only difference is the cost of a highly skilled auctioneer. As auctions are conducted generally over a 4 week period, marketing costs are less.
This will not happen. At Acru we would never sell your property without final instructions from our owners.Â
With competitive bidding and the right strategy many of our owners have been ecstatic with their results. An added bonus as an owner, you have an unconditional contract.
An unconditional contract is where there are no conditions attached to the sale.
This means when the buyers signs the contract, or in an auction (under the fall of the gavel), they do not have a right to terminate the contract and they must proceed to settle the contract.
For sellers, unconditional contracts provide certainty that a sale will be completed.
For buyers, an unconditional contract is more attractive to the seller, so sometimes this may mean the seller is willing to accept a lower purchase price or in a multiple offer situation, this may mean your offer is accepted over others.
